“Voice of the Bears” stops by Saturday Night Caps

The Capitals have pulled into New York and are ready for Sunday’s tilt at the Garden against the Rangers. Washington will have a lot of extra support in the stands on this trip to the Big Apple, as many dads and other mentors are along for the ride. Florida defeated New Jersey earlier today across the Hudson River from here 3-1 to move two points ahead of the Caps in the Southeast Division race, while the Rangers downed Philadelphia (again) in a game at the Wells Fargo Center. Dale Hunter’s team will play two games in two days starting at 12:30 p.m. tomorrow, and in need of standings points in a big way given what transpired today.

On Saturday Night Caps this week, radio voice Scott Stuccio of the Hershey Bears joined us to talk about the fates and fortunes of the Chocolate and White down on the farm. Good luck to Hershey this weekend as they look to catch Wilkes-Barre/Scranton in the East Division race.
